These TERMS OF USE will not in any way change or limit your rights and obligations under your separate contract with ConnectaVerse B.V.

Website Content and Copyright: This Website and all translations are the property of ConnectaVerse B.V. and are protected by European and international copyright law and conventions. ConnectaVerse B.V. grants to User the right to access and use the Website, and in some cases a license to make a limited machine translation, so long as such use is for internal information purposes, and User does not alter, copy, disseminate, redistribute, or republish any content or feature of this Website. User acknowledges that access to and use of this Website is subject to these TERMS OF USE, and any expanded access or use must be approved in writing by ConnectaVerse B.V. 

Changes or Updates to the Website: ConnectaVerse B.V. reserves the right to change, update, or discontinue any aspect of this Website at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Website after any such change constitutes your agreement to these TERMS OF USE, as modified.

ConnectaVerse B.V. may terminate User’s access to this Website at any time for any reason. The terms hereunder regarding Disclaimer of Warranty, Accuracy of Information, Indemnification, and Third-Party Rights shall survive termination. 

Indemnification: User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ConnectaVerse B.V., its affiliates, licensors, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of User’s use/misuse of this Website. 

Third-Party Rights: The terms hereunder regarding Disclaimer of Warranty, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification are for the benefit of ConnectaVerse B.V. and its licensors, employees, and agents, each of whom shall have the right to assert and enforce those terms against a User. 

General Provisions: Any provision in any written communication received by ConnectaVerse B.V. in connection with this Website which is inconsistent with, or adds to, these TERMS OF USE is void. If any term hereunder is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, all remaining terms will remain in full force and effect. 

Governing Law: These TERMS OF USE and the resolution of any dispute arising hereunder shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. User consents to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands. 

Privacy Statement: User’s right to privacy is of paramount importance to ConnectaVerse B.V. When you register to use our Website, ConnectaVerse B.V. will ask you to provide your name, organization, email address, and other related information. ConnectaVerse B.V. will use this information to provide you with a more personalized online experience and, where applicable, to process orders, as well as to keep track of what topics are of interest to our Users. ConnectaVerse B.V. will only share your name, email and organization with the service providers on the Website if you express the wish to contact these specific service providers or if you request a proposal on the Website. ConnectaVerse B.V will not share additional personal information with any third party, unless required by law. A full Privacy Policy can be found on the Website.  

Restriction on Use: User will not:

• Take nor attempt any action that, in the sole discretion of ConnectaVerse B.V., imposes or may impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large burden on the Site or its infrastructure. 

• Use nor attempt to use any scraper, robot, bot, spider, data mining, computer code, or any other automated device, program, tool, algorithm, process, or methodology to access, index, acquire, copy, or monitor any portion of the Site, any data or content found on or accessed through the Site without the prior written consent of ConnectaVerse B.V. 
• Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of any other content. 
• Use nor attempt to use any data or content found on or accessed through the Site as input into or for the training or development of generative artificial intelligence, machine learning, algorithms, software, or related technologies, to create any derivative works, compilations, or collective works, or for any purpose that infringes, misappropriates, or otherwise violates any intellectual property right or that allows any third parties to access, use, or benefit from our proprietary intellectual property in any way. 

The User understands and acknowledges that it is the core business of the ConnectaVerse B.V. to introduce clients and business partners to the parties that have subscribed to the Website as service provider (“Service Provider”). As such, the User shall refrain from contacting any of the Service Providers that are presented on the Website directly or indirectly, without informing ConnectaVerse B.V. that direct contact is or will be made, unless the User has followed the link to the Service Provider as presented on the Website. This restriction is also applicable for the Service Providers that use the Website to find other Service Providers. The User will inform ConnectaVerse B.V. if a contract of any kind is signed with the Service Provider that they have found on the Website. 

Claims of Copyright Infringement: We respect the intellectual property rights of others and will not tolerate infringing activity on our Sites. If you are a copyright owner or agent, and you believe your rights under applicable copyright laws are being infringed by us or another person or entity using our Sites or Services, you may submit to our designated copywrite expert (info@theConnectaVerse.com) a written notification pursuant to the relevant laws, which includes the following information:

We reserve the right to seek damages from any person who knowingly, materially submits a notification claim under this section in violation of the law.
